How You’ll Make an Impact
The BV manufacturing product owner is the first point of contact for all upcoming new product introductions / product qualifications based on design and manufacturing changes including clarification of priorities.
You are leading the product cost-out initiatives within the entire BV supply chain
You are the strategic partner for the GS PRM (GS Product Management) and NewApp/Service engineering product owners to shape the 9HL turbine blades and vanes roadmap including material master complexity reduction.
You will support solving technical issue together with design and manufacturing engineering
As BV product owner you are the BV representative in design reviews (R1, R2, R4, R7, Q-Gate I/II to ensure manufacturability vs. product cost and accordance to the product roadmap
The BV product owner is a reviewer in the global BV sourcing board (supplier selection)
Together with manufacturing engineering you are driving manufacturing and technologies innovation – technology roadmap
What You Bring
We look forward getting to know you if you successfully completed engineering university studies or a comparable education.
You have specific experiences in turbine blades and vanes manufacturing technologies and supplier qualifications.
You have experience in product variance and cost reduction projects.
Experience in project management and successful running of virtual cross-functional teams in an international environment
Strong collaboration skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders within the organization.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
