Academic Scheduling Coordinator Position:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

  • One to three years of experience at an institution of higher education

  • Detailed oriented with extreme accuracy of data

  • Dynamic person with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Experience with providing training

  • Highly motivated to produce a Schedule of Classes in line with the goals of the University

  • Experience with automated student information system

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of FERPA regulations


  • Experience with Infosilem and/or 25Live scheduling software

  • Experience with Schedule of Classes functions within PeopleSoft

Senior Academic Scheduling Coordinator Position:


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5 or more years of experience at an institution of higher education

  • Dynamic person with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and oral communication skills

  • High level of detail orientation and experience with managing complex systems and data with accuracy and consistency

  • Experience with preparing functional and technical documentation, and designing and delivering user training materials and sessions

  • Ability to review, understand, and follow all relevant University curricula, policies, and procedures

  • Knowledge of FERPA regulations


  • Experience with academic course and room scheduling. Experience with PeopleSoft CS 9.2

  • Highly preferred: Prior experience scheduling classes and rooms using InfoSilem and/or 25Live.
