Job Summary:
Medical City Plano is seeking a collaborative and experienced Obgyn to serve as the Site Director of OB Hospitalists. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a physician who values clinical excellence, team development, and compassionate care in a hospital-based setting.
Qualified Candidates:
The Site Director plays a key dual role—leading a dedicated OB Hospitalist team while helping ensure the program meets both clinical and operational goals
Site Director collaborates with the Regional Medical Director
Collaborates closely with hospital leadership and medical teams to support exceptional outcomes for patients and providers
Builds strong relationships with nurses, physicians, and administration
Collaborates with Hospital and Division Leadership to support program financial performance
Qualified Candidates:
Board certification required
Texas medical license or ability to obtain
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and communication
At least two years of clinical experience preferred, with leadership experience a plus
