Position Summary: Complete patient registration process and update as required. Greets patients, check-in and check-out process. Handling busy phone, maintaining proper documentation of all paperwork. Provides back office support for physicians and clinical staff; follow physician orders and give the patient their discharge instructions. May perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications [Required] High School or equivalent. Previous experience in the healthcare field and medical oncology; familiar with medical terminology; knowledge of electronic health record; ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow; excellent oral and wirtten communication skills; excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
[Preferred Qualifications] Some college work. Medical Assistant Certificatio. Ability to perform phlebotomy and administer injections.

Salary range; $18.68 - $26.29 hourly. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
