SAP Royalty Management Expert for Reconciliation in Prague 5, Czech Republic

PURPOSEAND OBJECTIVES

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Finance Expert to join Global Licensing & Royalty Management (GL&RM) to support and lead Reconciliation activities. The Royalty Expert will be member of one of the Royalty teams and focused on critical activities as part of a larger Task Force. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and growth in the field of Team Management, Compliance, and Risk Mitigation.

What you'll do

Implement, define standards, administer, and monitor the adherence to a Reconciliation methodology which aims to

  • standardize accurate and timely Reconciliation to meet global compliance requirements and to limit financial exposure;

  • address identified Compliance and Accounting risks.

Through the implementation of the Reconciliation methodology, you actively support the further development of the GL&RM strategy.

Establish and foster a Process Excellence and Compliance mindset in all Royalty processes and upskill team by

  • supporting the definition of a robust and aligned Reconciliation methodology and drive respective execution with the Team Manager(s) along defined milestones;

  • supporting defined cross-functional projects in GL&RM, taking over work packages and workstreams.

Liaise with Internal and External Auditors on Financial Audits (Corporate, Third Party) to ensure high compliance standards.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Legal or equivalent work experience.

  • 5-7 years of experience in Finance, Legal, Commercial or a related field.

  • Familiarity with Royalty Management, Licensing contracts, risk assessment processes and compliance standard.

  • Passion for complex and cross-functional Finance topics in driving positive business impact through Business Partnering and Compliance Stewardship.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

  • High level of ownership, responsibility, motivation, and drive.
