As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service, whether it’s via phone, email, or live chat. You’ll act as the frontline for all inquiries, offering tailored solutions and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to navigate multiple platforms fluently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to customers by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering accurate information promptly.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries with professional communication.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

  • Accurately document all interactions in a CRM or ticketing system for future reference.

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.

  • Continuously update yourself on product/service knowledge to better assist customers.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related roles preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with customer service tools and software like CRM systems is a plus.

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
