Loan Review Analyst
The Loan Review Analyst will complete quality control post loan closing
reviews on all loan files. This employee is expected to adhere to all
company policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
Actively communicates matters of potential audit or compliance risk to
Director of Loan Operations.

What Does a Loan Review Analyst Do?The responsibilities listed below
are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability to perform
the position in a satisfactory manner. Individual abilities may result
in some deviation from these guidelines.
- Review all loan files for adherence to bank policy and ensure
compliance requirements are met.
- Review all documents for accuracy, signature, and proper collateral
perfection. Confirm all documents are present and correctly
executed.
- Review entity documentation to understand business structure and
authorized signers.
- Ensure timely and proper filing of various collateral documents
including mortgages, UCCs, and motor vehicle liens. Ensure other
perfection items such as pledge agreements, holds, etc. are
received.
- Review tracking for trailing exceptions, financial requirements, and
covenant monitoring as well as loan policy exceptions.
- Review insurance information on existing files.
- Review core for completeness and rout corrections to servicing staff
(Customer level, loan level, collateral level)
- Communicate with loan officers and loan assistants concerning review
process and requirements.
- Provide review findings to Director of Loan Operations and share
recommendations for improvement/accountability.
- Perform compliance review on adverse actions.
- Complete HMDA worksheets on all applicable loans and collaborate
with compliance department as needed.
- Review CIP and OFAC documentation in all files.
- Serve as point of contact for e-OSCAR corrections and respond to
credit disputes.
- Complete audits of existing loans to ensure completion. Follow up on
aging exceptions.
- Assist with the creation and updates to training manuals; Maintain
audit checklists and accountability.
- Review and monitor loan maintenance reports checking for proper
documentation.
- Audit participations to ensure they are in balance.
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve
customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.

- This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) job.
- The hours for this role are 8:00-5:00, M-F.

Environment and Physical Activity
The Loan Review Analyst is located primarily at either the teller window
or teller counter - a non-confined office type setting in which they are
free to move about at will. While performing this position, spends time
writing, typing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to twenty-five
pounds), carrying, seeing (such as close, color and peripheral vision,
depth perception and adjusts focus), sitting, pulling, walking,
standing, squatting, kneeling, and reaching.
The Loan Review Analyst may operate any or all the following: telephone,
smart phone, copy machine, adding machine (calculator), scanner and
image systems, scanning equipment, computer terminal, laptop, personal
computer, tablet, printers, or other office equipment as directed.
