WhatsApp helps people connect and share no matter where they are in the world.We're seeking a Marketing Insights Researcher to join the WhatsApp Marketing Insights team. They will work to influence product strategy and roadmap as well as product go-to-market/ launch plans through the lens of WhatsApp’s brand positioning. This person will be responsible for designing, executing and delivering high impact insights from both quantitative and qualitative research. Another imperative for the person in this role is to translate the strategic insights from this work into clear implications and influencing Marketing and other functions to action these implications. Resilience, flexibility with ambiguity are a must. As is having a passion not just for doing the research, but the process that comes before and after. While the bulk of the work is product focused, this researcher should be adept at brand thinking too and understand how interactions contribute or detract from overall impressions of WhatsApp and Meta.

Research Expertise: 6+ years of research experience. High degree of qualitative and quantitative research expertise, with experience applying research findings in a business context to drive decision-making and raise relevance of new opportunities.
Marketing Expertise: Proven expertise in shaping insights-driven marketing campaigns and product launches from definition to execution, with a focus on shaping strategy, driving alignment, and delivering business outcomes.
Strategic skills: Skilled at navigating ambiguity, identifying problems to solve, setting priorities, and driving learning agendas with little guidance.

7+ years of research experience.
3+ years of experience working with Product and User Experience Research teams within tech firms, with in-depth knowledge on how to influence product strategy and roadmaps.
Public Compensation:
$138,000/year to $188,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
