Job Title: Final Quality Control Technician – Swing Shift (3:15 PM - 11:45 PM)
Compensation: $23/hr
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Final Quality Control Technician for our client Foxconn to ensure that finished products meet quality standards before shipment. This role involves conducting inspections, documenting findings, identifying defects, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to uphold quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Inspection: Perform visual inspections and functional tests on finished products to verify compliance with quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
Documentation: Accurately record inspection results, test data, and deviations using quality control forms, spreadsheets, or digital systems.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all inspections align with company quality policies, industry regulations, and customer specifications.
Problem Identification: Detect and report any non-conformities, defects, or irregularities. Work with production or engineering teams to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Communication: Clearly communicate inspection results and quality concerns to supervisors, production staff, and other departments.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements by recommending quality improvements, training opportunities, or procedural adjustments to increase product quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
Previous experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
Proficiency in documentation and data entry for quality tracking.
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with industry quality standards and inspection tools is a plus.
Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
