Robotics & Digital Solutions, part of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst - RAD. This role will be based in Santa Clara, CA , under a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Shape, build and maintain market models & forecasts, collaborating with business partners and team members
Focus on improving and building out new capabilities / scorecards / dashboards using Tableau and other visualization tools to meet evolving business needs
Standard reporting and analytics execution
Work with internal customers to define required data sets and information, support the business teams to solve complex analytical challenges
Collaborate and influence multiple partners to ensure the use of fact-based insights in key business discussions
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or other related field is required; additional relevant certifications preferred
Required Skills and Experience:
3 years of Data Analyst experience
Expertise in Excel and Tableau (technical interview required)
Shown success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with constantly evolving priorities and timelines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate optimally and effectively with multi-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint

This role will be based out of our Santa Clara CA facility and may require up to 10% travel (international and domestic)
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $83,800 to $134,895
