Senior Program Manager-Onsite Position

As our Senior Program Manager, you will work with the most innovative designers and manufacturers of rugged solutions that deliver optimal and reliable performance wherever they are deployed. You will be responsible for the performance of multiple programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Our program area typically represents more than three functional areas. You will also be responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned programs and for supporting new business development by leading proposals and increasing customer satisfaction.

Location: Santa Clarita, CA

Salary Information: $136,000.00-$181,000.00

Your Challenge:

  • Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core programs. Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.

  • Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library, communication plans, process training, etc

  • Responsible for complex program management tasks and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting

  • Mentor the next generation of Program Managers

  • Ownership of customer satisfaction and growth for your assigned functional are/family of programs.

  • Defines, acquires, and allocates budget, staff, and other resources necessary to accomplish the goals and/or objective of the program group/function.

  • Exercises judgment and delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects/programs.

Your Expertise:

  • A minimum of 12 years related experience in servicing DOD and commercial markets.

  • Operations and Production experience

  • Development of Programs from inception to entry to service

  • Understand of contracting vehicles.

  • Extensive background in strategic planning, competitive assessments, and bidding/acquisition of multi-million-dollar contracts

  • Extensive Program Leadership in influencing the stakeholders to meeting the annual AOP and SOP for your allocated family of programs.

  • Technical and program leadership experience and familiarity with design, manufacture, and system integration desired.

  • Contribution to weekly and monthly strategic planning, execution of technology/products and associated ROI's.

  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to actively manage risks and opportunities to be in line with PMO.
