We\'re looking for talented, motivated individuals who are ready to do innovative work, and we offer exciting career opportunities worldwide.The ideal candidate will be able to successfully execute the below job duties:Directly lead multidisciplinary team of 5-8 design engineers to design aircraft interior furnishings (furniture, panels, seats, etc.) and systems (water/waste, oxygen, electrical routing, etc.) using CATIA V5 and Siemens/Mentor Capital HarnessXC/Logic in accordance with FAA certification requirements (Part 25 and 135) and company design standards.Coordinate with team to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.Communicate project plans and constraints with leadership to ensure alignment to other projects and initiatives.Create, maintain, and execute individual development and training plans with team.Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor\'s Degree in engineering, a related curriculum required.or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 5 years related engineering experience with Bachelors.
