Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in the service industry located in Shakopee, Minnesota. The role is for a receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for our customers and assist them with their needs.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Operate a multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are answered and directed to the appropriate parties.
• Utilize basic office skills to manage tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
• Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
• Maintain customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system, effectively managing multiple calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Basic office skills are essential, including experience with office equipment, email, and standard software applications.
• Filing knowledge is required, demonstrating the ability to organize, maintain, and update company files as needed.
