In this position, you will partner with multiple functional groups internal and external DEC including Global Supply Planning, Global Sourcing, Global Material teams, Geography Supply and Inventory Planning, Global Product Creation, Partner Management, Regional DEC teams and Factory Partners to create the future.

Based in Shanghai, this position requires competencies in a cross-functional environment to be responsible for delivery excellence. As a DEC Analyst, you will be responsible for capacity planning, delivery performance and operation, stakeholder engagement, project management and data analysis. You will provide strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive quick decision and successful result. You will also leverage your business and technical skillsets to influence new ways of working across a large organization.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Marketing, Business, Supply chain management, Logistics Management, Engineering or related field)
Experience about apparel, supply chain management and factory management, ERP system preferred.
Good at excel, PPT, and other MS and data softwares.
Detail driven, patient, be able to identify problems solving and ability to conceptualize and implement project construction.
Clear, timely and effective written and oral communication in English.
Ability to lead projects to achieve project success.
Ability to plan, organize and conduct effective meetings.
Ability to work with and understand diverse cultures.
Experience working in data systems.
