Responsibilities

  • Propping new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Supplying and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Constructing internal recommendations

  • Undertaking various administrative duties

  • Composing and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Managing interviews

  • Applying digital recruiting resources Requirements - Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

    • Are you highly professional? Are you able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity?
  • Well-founded grasp of Recruiting Strategies

  • Strong familiarity with Recruiting Efforts

  • Recruiting Events experience preferred

  • Experience with Recruiting Functions

  • Recruiting experience required

  • Corporate Recruiting experience desired

  • Proven knowledge of Recruiting Processes

    • This position needs to have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
