Our client in Spring/The Woodlands needs to hire two Modelers for long-term contract opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Convert ship construction drawings (PDF) into 3D models using HECSALV.
Develop Hull Inspection models and Critical Area Knowledge libraries.
Assist with VIM database creation and modeler training.
Ensure project quality and consistency.
Propose process improvements and communicate workload updates.
Qualifications:
5+ years of Creo experience (Basic, Advanced & Surface).
Familiarity with Windchill PLM, Finite Element Methods, AutoCAD, and Rhino (preferred).
Experience with hull/structural modeling in HECSALV, GHS, ShipConstructor, SolidWorks, or Creo.
Strong 3D visualization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
