Harrison Energy Partners Inside Sales Engineer in Springdale, Arkansas


Provides equipment sales support to Harrison Energy Partners outside sales team.

  • Meet daily deadlines for plan and spec jobs.

  • Order job equipment accurately.

  • Make accurate job submittals.

  • Handle phone calls from customers.

  • Support outside sales customers when Outside Sales Associates are absent.

  • Promote and sell equipment to house accounts.

  • Attend Product and self-improvement training.


    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


    Engineering degree preferred. Broad knowledge of such fields as advanced account, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Eight years of experience in mechanical maintenance in an industrial environment will be considered in lieu of formal degree, including 4 years related management experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience considered.


    State driver’s license, auto insurance, auto registration, acceptable driving record.

    Heavy presentation skills required. Specialty software training provided upon hire.


    Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.
