Job Summary: The Reservations / Front Desk Supervisor at Lindbergh Bay Hotel and Villas is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and reservations team to ensure exceptional guest service, smooth check-in/check-out procedures, and accurate booking processes. This role combines leadership, administrative, and customer service functions to optimize both occupancy and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Supervise front desk agents and reservations staff, ensuring professional, courteous, and efficient guest service. Manage the reservations system, update availability, and ensure room inventory is accurately maintained. Monitor and respond to incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms. Train, mentor, and schedule front desk and reservations staff. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure proper billing and payment processes at check-in and check-out. Generate daily reports related to occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback. Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate room readiness. Assist with front desk duties as needed, including greeting guests, processing check-ins/outs, and answering general inquiries. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. Coordinate with sales, marketing and upper management to promote special packages or group bookings. Organize and coordinate meal periods for each employee in their shifts, according to hotel policies.
