About you and this role - What you would do in this role

As part of Employee Experience Services, the IT Relationship Manager (ITRM) is responsible for providing Information Systems (I/S) services and solutions across a number of Dow locations within Germany. This position is located at the DowStade, Germanysite and is part of the EMEAI wide I/S team with various growth opportunities.

Working with service delivery teams, the IT Relationship Manager stimulates, surfaces, and shapes customer demand for corporate IT services.

In this role, you will combine technical, functional, business, and soft skills to serve as an IT account manager. This requires a significant emphasis on relationship management with site leadership teams, the local user community, and collaboration with global I/S service teams & outsourcing partners. This is to deliver I/S services and projects that maximize value, in a timely and cost-effective way. In addition, the ITRM will coordinate between sites and providers to ensure funding is available for site infrastructure deployment for IT service delivery.

Responsibilities –Duties, projects, tasks, and activities you would be responsible for in this role.

  • Coordinate connections between clients and service providers to mobilize (global) projects at site level and drive continuous improvement

  • Gather and understand client requirements for IT infrastructure, products, and services.

  • Coordinate with various IT teams to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain relationships with site leadership teams to enhance IT credibility.

  • Promote and educate clients on IT products and services.

  • Assist clients in adopting IT services through training and communication.

  • Establish and maintain contact networks to facilitate site interaction and service delivery.

  • Work with I/S Service Management teams and outsource providers to unlock business value.

  • Achieve service excellence by aligning expectations and resolving gaps.

  • Monitor supplier performance reports and address systemic performance issues.

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues with global teams to minimize customer impact

Qualifications –Required education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities that are needed for this role (must haves).

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.

  • A minimum of 5 years of IT experience is required.

  • This position requires occasional domestic travel (5%), mainly between sites the role supports.

  • Fluency in German and English is required.
