Are you passionate about working with external key accounts, and internal product and analytics teams to guide the growth of our ecommerce business and launch new programs? We are looking for a highly skilled, business savvy, analytical, data-driven, strategic and innovative leader to drive and scale Australia's third-party-marketplace for the Home & Leisure (H&L) category. As a Senior Product and Program Manager, you will be driving programs with different locations around the world, to help increase the selection offered by domestic H&L Selling Partners in Australia, as well as helping define the strategy and launch critical Tech features to unlock the growth of the business. You will be given opportunities to work with senior stakeholders in the business, while being a key member of the Amazon Australia local business.
As a member of the H&L team, you will deal with a high level of ambiguity. The successful candidate will communicate effectively across teams and levels, while balancing the needs and requirements of internal and external customers. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment will also be key. You must be self-directed with the ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team. Our team culture is collaborative and driven to achieve results. We seek an individual who is motivated by a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment, that can be ‘hands-on’, and that brings analytical horsepower, enhanced excel, SQL and BI skills and a deep curiosity about how things work.
Our team operates out of our fabulous CBD office (conveniently located near many transportation options), and from home leveraging technology.
Amazon offers employees a competitive remuneration package, including participation in the company stock plan as applicable. We also look after our people with benefits, such as subsidized private health insurance, superannuation and paid parental leave options, amongst others.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Sydney, NSW, AUS
7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement
Experience owning technology products
