The Analyst, of National Sales Operations Team is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting internal and external data to support Randstad's business growth. The analyst will work within a collaborative team environment where the team supports the understanding of the external market and internal KPIs. The analyst will acquire and support projects when gaps are identified to assist with improvement adjustments and adoption of sales and recruiting tools.
The person will work with field and program stakeholders to develop summary analysis from weekly reporting and work to aid with data drive decisions.
30% Weekly reporting and analysis to various stakeholders to support ongoing business and program initiatives
20% Order Management analysis of internal and external data, tools, ratios and KPIs finding gaps to coach and business direction
15% Onboarding analysis of tools, ratios and KPIs finding gaps of coach and improve tools
10% Business Development analysis of internal and external data , tools, ratios and KPIs finding gaps to coach and improve business direction
10% Recruiting analysis of internal and external data, tools, ratios and KPIs finding gaps to coach and improve tools business direction
10% Special Projects related to above

The base salary range for this position is $54,055 - $77,100.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
