This individual will also contribute to the smooth handling of business operations and effective delivery of innovative solutions as well as support the optimization of processes to help drive operational excellence and business growth. Success in this role will depend on effective collaboration with our stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
Project Work (60%)
Participate in Agile-based projects and initiatives to deliver the best solutions, improve customer experience and effectively manage risks
Develop and implement business transformation roadmaps, change management plans, and training programs to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of technology solutions across the organization
Provide strategic guidance to project teams, leveraging expertise in business process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and technology enablement
Lead special initiatives as assigned by senior management, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new challenges to support the company's strategic objectives
Contribute to and support the business through the application of change management best practices (e.g. stakeholder analysis, gap analysis, change planning, etc.)
Tracks and reports work completed and escalates significant barriers and roadblocks
Collaborate and manage end-to-end testing activities for projects that impact the Sales Centre
Support with the implementation of technology and telephony enhancements
Business Operations (40%)
Analyze existing processes and develop business workflows intending to drive operational efficiencies and process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand objectives, pain points, and requirements, and translate them into actionable strategies and solutions that drive business value
Coordinate the management and ongoing maintenance of business continuity plans including testing of ongoing releases and disaster recovery
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and stakeholders, advocating for best practices, innovative solutions, and continuous improvement in business processes and technology utilization
Develop assessment and translation of business requirements into test cases
Contribute to the development and ongoing administration of CRM, sales and reporting tools
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the financial industry, primarily in business analysis or project management experience

Strong business acumen and ability to shift comfortably from strategy to execution to drive results
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on being a leader and team player

Salary range is expected to be between
$60,000.00 CAD - $100,000.00 CAD
