Schedule: M-F 8a-5p

Location: REMOTE

Pay: 85K-120K DOE

Type of Job: Direct Hire

Responsibilities

  • Deliver implementation or consult projects to achieve successful on-time schedule completion and client satisfaction

  • Engage with key stakeholders before and after sales to ensure the project scope meets customer expectations.

  • Implement solutions with a deep understanding of departmental procedures and guidelines.

  • Conduct client training as part of the implementation process.

  • Contribute to process improvements by reviewing feedback from clients and the department.

  • Travel to client sites to install software, adhering to departmental procedures.

  • Maintain a strong commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the relationship.

  • Collaborate with and mentor other Professional Services Consultants to enhance overall product knowledge.

  • Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Healthcare or Information Technology or relevant degree

  • 3+ years of experience a Life Sciences/Phama, Environmental Science or Toxicology Laboratory

  • 3 years of experience with report development (Telerik, Actuate, Crystal)

  • Manual to automated systems experience with client facing interactions

  • SQL, coding and integration experience with C/ C# knowledge experience is preferred
