Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented PART TIME Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Van Nuys, California. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate records, and supporting the overall efficiency of the accounts receivable process. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in accounting systems and financial services.
Responsibilities:
• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee billing operations, including invoice generation, corrections, and timely distribution.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment issues promptly.
• Monitor and report on cash activity to maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM and ERP systems into accounting processes.
• Support accounts payable functions as needed to maintain balanced financial operations.
• Generate and analyze reports related to receivables, billing, and collections.
• Maintain and update accounting software systems to reflect current financial data.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve account-related concerns.
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems and ERP solutions.
• Experience with CRM systems and their integration into financial processes.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, billing, and cash management functions.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ADP financial services is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
