About the Team: Digital is a new Business Line in North America for ZF Aftermarket. We are a startup within a very successful and mature business that serves passenger car, commercial vehicle, and industrial markets with a broad portfolio of full system solutions. You will have the opportunity to discover and learn these markets intimately, to then define and execute the right strategies for ZF. There are no limits in challenging the status-quo and pursuing bold ideas!

What you can look forward to as a Strategy & Project Manager:

  • Primary and secondary research on market sizes, shares of players, existing business models and customer journeys and key trends

  • Utilize research outcomes to define the ZF market and product strategy that is aligned and synergistic with the higher-level business strategy

  • Create strategy execution project plans with well defined attributes

  • Provide project management leadership for development projects across internal and external partners

  • Prospect new customers, manage opportunity pipeline, manage customer relationships and sales management

  • Manage existing diagnostic software products – integrated product leadership, sales management, partner management, establishing and meeting growth targets.

Your profile as a Strategy & Project Manager:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 5+ years professional experience

  • Experience in market analysis and evaluating product-market-fit

  • Drive to learn business to business products like diagnostics and fleet management at a customer use case level

  • Financial business case creation

  • Project management experience

  • Proven ability to present projects and research through presentations
