As the Media Lead for the Confectionery Category in Zone Europe , you will be part of the Zone Category marketing team, responsible for developing a Category holistic media strategy. In this role, you will drive the integration of the Category strategy into local media plans, strategizing media investment allocation across markets and brands, increasing Category visibility into media planning, performance, competition, ensuring cross-market consistency, and improving media performance and standards.

A Day in the Life of a Category Media Lead Confectionery
Drive the development of the Category media strategy and be the main contact at an Above market level, of the European media agency
Support implementation of Fewer, Bigger, Better strategy through Category holistic media strategy and measurement
Plan & recommend Category, portfolio and key campaigns´ media investments across markets in collaboration with Category Marketing Leadership teams
Partner with Category brand teams to develop above-market campaigns with media specifics and support the local activation of these
Be the primary contact of publishers (META, Google, TikTok…) to ensure that Brand teams and agencies have latest best practice, media performance results and trends
Ensure integration of media performance learnings and data into the portfolio and brand media planning process for above-market (AM) and in-market usage
Collaborate with CDT & eCommerce teams on Retail Digital Media plans
What will make you successful
Strong Media knowledge with 7 years’ experience in Media agency management or equivalent position in FMCG
Strong experience with TV is a mandatory
Strong knowledge of Digital media landscape
Experience in Media strategy
Experience in brand building, marketing & performance marketing is a plus
Excellent communication & collaboration skills, comfortable with stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
Fluent in English
