As a Senior Research Consultant on diverse projects, you will play a critical role in leading evidence synthesis projects. Collaborating closely with Cytel's leadership team, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional services conducting litrerature reviews using Cytel's cutting-edge products including LiveSLR® and LiveNMA®.
Develop and execute SLR protocols for clinical efficacy and effectiveness, health-related quality of life (HRQoL), healthcare resource use (HCRU), costs, and economic evaluations.
Perform quality checks on screening, data extraction, risk of bias and data upload into our LiveSLR® software.
Can develop search strategies and interpret and summarize evidence, providing insights and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Has been involved in HTA submissions and is knowledgeable of EU-JCA guidelines
Manage internal and external project plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
Whilst respecting QC process, can be independent for his/her projects most of the time
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Can be involved in multiple projects (e.g. up to 5-6 mid-size projects) and can be project lead in a workstream
Communicate actively 100% - resolves issues by proposing solutions
Networks with senior internal and external colleagues in area of expertise
Take ownership of deliverables (internally and with clients), including client communications (e.g. emails, slide presentations)
Can teach / transfer knowledge around core tasks
Actively support BD activities including proposal writing, scoping w clients
Understands the operational management of a project
Advanced degree in life sciences, health economics, or a clinical discipline is preferred (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MPH, MS).
3 to 5 years of experience in conducting SLRs, and 5-8 years within the field of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and/or consultancy.
Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and oral communication.
Ability to absorb and synthesize a broad range of information, including clinical and scientific data.
Working knowledge of pharmaceutical product development and HEOR.
Methodological, disciplined, well-organized, and professional approach.
Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and efficiency in managing large databases of studies and data extraction.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills to present information in an engaging, clean, and concise manner.
