WHAT YOU’LL DO
Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
Collaborate with Business Analysts & Testers to ensure quality solutions align with client expectations
Work in SAFe environment as a part of Scrum team
WHAT YOU HAVE
2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, spanning all major products: Customer Service Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance / Integrated Risk Management, HR Service Delivery, IT Operations Management, IT Service Management, Now Platform App Engine, Security Operations
Expertise in JS coding
Familiarity with software development process (Agile)
Understanding of ITIL (foundation level)
Understanding of relational database concepts
Knowledge of REST/SOAP
Strong problem-solving skills
English level – B2 and above
