Liberty Healthcare seeks an experienced healthcare / human services quality assurance professional for an available Director of Clinical and Quality Support Services position.
This is a key role which functions as internal organizational consultant and subject matter expert in quality assurance.
This position focuses on various quality assurance and quality control functions, which includes developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality.

Specific responsibilities of this position include:
Leading and participating in a wide array of quality assurance, quality management, and quality control activities and initiatives
Ensuring the organization complies with all applicable regulations, standards, and certifications
Preparing for and managing internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
Conducting on-site audits at service locations throughout the United States
Addressing non-conformities/deficiencies and assisting in development and implementation of corrective actions
Developing training materials, delivering trainings, and leading staff development and education initiatives
Providing consultation to leaders and staff regarding quality measures
Data analysis and reporting
Developing and enhancing key performance indicators
Developing and honing policies, procedures, and protocols
Performing root cause analyses
Participating in business development activities, evaluating RFPs, and contributing to proposals
This is a hybrid position which will allow you to partially work remotely and require you to travel to service locations throughout the United States. Travel is variable, unpredictable, and extensive at times.
To qualify and be considered, you must possess the following:
Three or more years of quality management experience in healthcare or human services
Deep knowledge of quality improvement and performance improvement methodologies
High level of proficiency in healthcare data analysis, key performance indicators, and reporting
Experience in corporate compliance and healthcare regulations, standards, and certifications (i.e. HIPPA, Joint Commission, CARF, CMS, NAHQ)
Training and staff development experience
Strong computer, communications, interpersonal, presentation, and consulting skills
Masters degree or Bachelors degree with extensive relevant experience
Education and/or licensure in nursing, social work, psychology, or other healthcare or human services field is helpful but not required, as is experience in behavioral health or services and supports for older people or individuals who are living with disabilities.
