This position is contingent on a contract award.
This position is responsible for managing the internal and external communication with Federal leadership, stakeholders, etc. Assists and supports the quality and compliance program including strategic planning, quality management program development and outcomes management, and compliance monitoring of contractual standards and applicable federal/state regulations for the Military One Source (MOS) program.
Manages day to day activities ensuring program and procedures support company goals for service, quality, communications, and compliance with MOS contract to include federal and state requirements.
Assists and supports the quality management and control plans commensurate with contractual requirements and department goals.
Manages external communications with client by leading in white papers, service level agreements (SLA) monitoring activities including self- assessments and mid-term self-assessments, ad hoc requests, and data studies.
Support and assist review of any external contract facing documents originated from other MOS teams.
Support and assist the development of external and customer facing communications.
Responsible for managing standard operating procedures (SOPs), staff manuals, applicable network affiliate manual content and other documents in coordination with the designated program and customer requirements.
Develops creative and engaging seminars, presentations, and webinars in collaboration with other subject matter expert (SME) teams (training, operations, etc.)
Ensures that studies and activities are conducted with appropriate feedback from customer organizations, assigned departments, and other stakeholder input.
Oversees tracking and resolution of quality concerns.
Assists Training team in development and presentation of continuous quality improvement (CQI) processes and compliance training program materials for staff, affiliate network providers and customers.
Supervises quality staff to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.

Other Job Requirements
Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field.
5+ years of healthcare quality improvement experience.
2+ years of management/leadership experience.
Knowledge of quality improvement processes, performance measurement, government contract compliance, measurement tools, CQI tools and data reporting applications.
Knowledge of CQI training and QIA methodology.
Ability to interpret complex contract language and translate into policies that may be incorporated into day-to-day operations.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Knowledge of data management software including spreadsheet development and use.
