WHAT YOU’LL DO
Collaborate with the business and IT stakeholders to understand the business needs
Ability to analyze current state and provide vision for innovations
Design ESM framework
Collaborate with the architect and development team to ensure service offerings meet AMSL's quality and performance standards
WHAT YOU HAVE
Understanding of development processes and frameworks
Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
Familiarity with UML, IDEF0, BPMN
Expertise (ideally certification) in ITSM/ITIL practices and adjacent areas plus ServiceNow modules (ITBM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM, etc.)
Skills in effective negotiation
English level – C1
