What you'll do

  • Establishment and qualification of a valid sales pipeline (e.g. via digital sales, campaigns, individual customer meetings)

  • Potential analysis (Process-Industry, Life Sciences customers, Chemical-Industry, Oil, Gas&Energy)

  • Reliable lead management

  • Maintenance of sales activities in the CRM / Harmony system

  • Answering customer and partner inquiries regarding products, prices, technical inquiries, and contracts

  • Research and acquisition of product knowledge and process structures

  • Gather knowledge on new subject matter from across a range of sources

  • Creating customized slides, documents and graphics for C-level presentations

  • Involvement of internal resources such as presales, sales, marketing, as well as inside sales

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred fields of study: Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field of study

  • Computer skills: MS Office Professional (especially pptx and xlsx), good social media skills

  • Language skills: Excellent German and fluent English skills (both spoken and written)

  • Soft skills: Open-minded personality and a thorough, results-oriented approach to problem solving, customer-oriented thinking, dedicated, takes initiative, high in perseverance, flexibility, stays curious

  • Position requirements: Excellent problem-solving skills, very good communication and presentation skills, strong follow-through and coordination skills working in a dynamic environment across multiple teams, ability to work independently, fast learner with an eye for detail

  • Others: Prior work experience in related field is an advantage, good IT/ preferably business software knowledge and understanding of SAP solutions
