How you will contribute
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analytics Lead to drive data transformation across our supply chain operations in Europe. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in data analytics, SAP systems, and supply chain processes with solid leadership and communication skills.

Data & Analytics Expertise:
Proven experience creating and implementing data products in a supply chain context.
Knowledge of cloud databases and data warehousing solutions. (Google Cloud and Big Query Preferred)
Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Knowledge of Data Mesh or Data as a Product Frameworks is a plus.
ERP/SAP Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of SAP architecture and data flow across different modules.
Expertise in extracting, transforming, and loading SAP data for analytics purposes.
Comprehensive knowledge of SAP modules related to the Product Supply Lifecycle:
Ideally knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and its integration with analytics tools.
Experience with SAP HANA and other SAP analytics solutions.
Functional Supply Chain Knowledge:
Proven expertise in supply chain analytics, particularly in:
Customer Service & Logistics
Inventory Management
Order to Cash processes
Understanding of logistics operations, including:
Warehouse Management systems and optimization
Transportation Management systems and route optimization
3PL (Third-Party Logistics) management and integration
Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and performance metrics
Understanding of global supply chain trends and best practices
Interpersonal and Leadership Skills:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including experience working with executives.
Proven project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Open-minded approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to explore innovative solutions.
Ability to mentor and develop junior team members in analytics and supply chain concepts.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Adaptability and resilience in a ever changing environment.
