Under the supervision of the Property Manager the incumbent serves as
the primary point person for all maintenance calls control functions.
The incumbent is responsible for the administrative functions for the
Maintenance Department, including communicating with the maintenance
team, work order processing, resident charges, and record retention.
Additional responsibilities include the collection, analysis, and
reporting of all information related to the Maintenance Department,
including work order status, warehouse duties, worker productivity, and
vacancy status. Monitors all unit renovation and interfaces with
contractors as required. The incumbent executes expenditures to conform
to approve budgetary limitations and HUD requirements and prepares
required financial reports and operating statements for submission to
the Property Manager.
